Overview:
EFFT and EFIT compliment each other in fostering deep emotional healing with families and individuals. This workshop demonstrates how therapists can flexibly integrate both modalities to support transformation while maintaining clarity and coherence. Through clinical examples of sequencing and intervention choice points, participants will learn how to strengthen attachment engagement and verify when change holds.

• Assess when to integrate EFIT within EFFT work and vice versa
• Identify interventions that support smooth transitions across modalities
