Summit Venue & Primary Hotel
The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver
The Summit will take place at The Westin Bayshore, a waterfront hotel located beside Coal Harbour and Stanley Park. Set along Vancouver’s scenic seawall, the hotel offers a calm, restorative setting with easy access to downtown amenities and green space.
A limited number of rooms have been reserved at a preferred Summit rate for registered attendees.

A centrally located waterfront hotel near Canada Place, offering easy access to downtown Vancouver and public transit.
Pan Pacific Vancouver is approximately 2 km (1.3 miles) from the Summit venue at the Westin Bayshore—about a 15–20 minute walk or a 3–5 minute drive.
Pinnacle Hotel Harbourfront
Located in Coal Harbour, within walking distance of the Summit venue and Vancouver’s waterfront paths.
The Pinnacle Harbourfront Hotel is approximately 1.5 km (0.9 miles) from the Summit venue at the Westin Bayshore—about a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive.
Courtesy Blocks & Budget-Friendly Options
In addition to contracted hotel blocks, we have arranged courtesy room blocks at the following properties. These options may be well suited for attendees seeking more budget-conscious accommodations.
Accent Inn Burnaby
A budget-friendly option located outside the downtown core. The Accent Inn is about 9 km (5.6 miles) from the Summit venue at the Westin Bayshore—roughly a 10–15 minute drive.

A centrally located, budget-friendly accommodation. The Hotel Willo (YWCA) is about 2 km (1.2 miles) from the Summit venue at the Westin Bayshore, making it an easy 5–10 minute drive or quick trip by transit.
