Overview:
Seeding attachment is a clinical intervention that brings attachment needs and longings alive throughout the EFT process. Grounded in research on therapeutic reconsolidation, this workshop shows how seeding supports clients to move from reactive strategies into alignment with deeper emotional experience. Participants will learn how to integrate the six themes of seeding attachment across all stages of EFT, helping clients shift toward vulnerability, responsiveness, and secure connection.
Learning outcomes:
- Apply seeding attachment to grow attachment security in individuals and couples
- Identify attachment needs and fears and bring them forward experientially
- Support clients’ transition from Stage 1 reactivity to Stage 2 vulnerability and change events
